1. How do I change my password ?
To change your password, visit your Member Administration page at http://myaccount.purplelines.com. Log in with your username and password, and then follow the "Change Password" link.
2. How can I find the balance hours in my account?
To check the number of hours remaining, visit your member administration page at http://myaccount.purplelines.com Log on with your user name and password and follow the "My Account" link.
3. What do I do if I forget my password?
Kindly mail us the following details to customercare@purplelines.com to reset the password. Temp id,Serial Number,User Name(Email id), Contact address, Contact number,Date of Birth. Alternatively, Log on to http://signup.purplelines.com and click on the change password link Forgot your Login Password ?
4. Can I change my user name/Email-Id?
No, Your login name cannot be changed after registration
5. How do I renew my account ?

6. How do I change my dial up number?
To change your dial up number, click on the "Settings" button on the SatyamOnline Sign-In window. Select the required number from the phone book. You may also delete the existing number and type in the number you wish to dial. Click OK to save you selection.
